Body + Soul Week 10: Weighing In


This week was a BIG week for me. I have finally started training and am so excited to share this new start with you.

I stepped on the scale this week at noticed that I was a few pounds down... Hooray! X

But when you step on the scale, what does that mean? We know that it's just a number, but also a way to stay accountable to yourself. How do you prepare yourself to check in with yourself on that "weigh-in?"
